Ironically, about 20 minutes after I sent this complaint today I received a package from, "China" containing the Matlock box set. Although others have complained about this Company's legitimacy, I apparently lucked out. Perhaps, "Misty Richmond" does exist as support rep. for this site although I could not find it again when trying to find out if this company was for real. Thank you for your web too.
