OMG can you believe have to spend over 12 hours on the phone and you still can't get a really person to answer one of their phones. I just want to why they closed my account and why did they not want to reopen an account. I got the run around for two days - billing, collections, and reconnect. The only ones that were of any help and pleasant was collections at one point reconnect couldn't find an account, billing said they could give me any information and now I am still waiting for someone to answer the dam phone after two more hours this company's service sucks. read full review »
