we ordered the boots December 10th. It took 14 days to get here so we got them on December 24th in the afternoon. everything was all fine until i opened them Christmas morning and found they were a size 5 when we ordered a size 7. so i emailed them a complaint about it and they said i could send them back so they can send the right size back to us. they also gave us the return address and phone number (which we cant call) and the address was from china. it cost us $34.00 shipping fee to send them back. that was on December 26.
