I was going back to Engalnd for a christmas holiday, when we arrived in Manchester my luggage had not arrived, i reported this, filled out a form and was told they would be in touch... i was giving no form back, this was the 23rd Dec. By the 26th still no news, so went back to the airport only to be told there was no one availible to talk to, also no one had a number to get in touch with, so went home luggage less agian...
