Bought two small items from kmart.com that were listed as "in stock" and ready to ship. Ten days later, the order is still "processing". Contacted customer service three times. All they gave me was a of bunch or generic/ scripted responses that didn't help at all. I don't know what has happened to my order, whether it will ship, or whether I can even get my money back.
