I have a similar issue to most people. Virgin Active mis-sold the contract to me. When I swoped to a Diamond Contract, they told me I could cancel after 12 months. When I signed the contract I didn't have my glasses with me and asked them manager to summerise the contract. He said I should be able to trust him as I had been a memeber for a long time.
