Offers DVD downloads for .99 then you can't get anything since 2008 unless you get premium service. You check to see premium service and get charged $39.90 no contract no questions, then they Charge you $57.80 more. You can not get any satisfaction when you complain just a website that don't respond, does anyone know what to do in this situation.
