This company Pelsoftlabs Pvt Ltd hires people and suck them by taking work from them for around 12 hours a day and then fires them within a month or two and give them half salary. They cut salary if you take leave and If you takes leave on saturday or monday, they count it as 2 leaves. At the time of hiring, they make many promises but when you join, they show your fault in evry work you do so that you cannot ask for increment. Dear Sir, I want to inform you that a private company named Pelsoft lab limited at C-602, Vikas Puri, New Delhi-18 near PVR vikaspuri is violating the government rules and they make the employee work from 10 a.m in the morning to 2 a.m the next day. So, the employee has to work for 16 hours a day and they pay salary on 15th of evey month. They also terminate any employee without notice or make them write resignation letter.
