Worst 20mins inside IOB when entered to complaint since "My Citibank ATM card is eaten by IOB ATM machine" Oh!! listen to the teatment to a non-IOB customer from it's so called Branch Manager and the lady who was in-charge of ATM machine (the person who keep the key). Original Problem: Right after entering the figure, it took few seconds and it asked for the pin again and asked for the money to withdraw again, it asked for pin again.
