On December 26th, 2008 I placed an online order with Futureshop.ca. I received my confirmation via email on the item purchased and that I would be contacted with a delivery date. On three seperate times I was called to expect a call early to late in the week about delivery of the product. I waited and never heard anything. In calling the Futureshop customer support I was told that it was not able to be delivered since they still had it or that is was in transit on a cargo ship.
