It was a nightmare with my Citibank VISA, they offered me solution to my current balance over the phone and they got me to agree to a bundle package for current balance to be bundled up zero interest staggered payment. They did tell me zero interest but they didn't inform me leaving behind some other charges of the bundle so that would add up to the total monthly I had to pay on a monthly basis. True no more monthly minimum but they caught me having to pay up in bulk amount every month without me knowing that I was actually coerced to pay... read full review »
