Over the past 8 years I have seen one of the busiest McDonald's stores in the country gradually decline from a stellar success into a dirty embarassment. I will list a few of the things I have experienced here: 1) Yesterday I was given re-heated Mcnuggets again. They were dark brown, dried out and tough. Generally I have found about a 25% chance of being given re-heated or cold McNuggets, last night's were super bad. 2) The staff are SLOW.
