I had requested a specific itinerary on priceline.com using the required "name your own price" 3-step method. Only after the message, "Congratulations! Your price was accepted!" appeared did I find out that I'd be flying into NYC-JFK at 11:30PM on a Friday night and leaving on Sunday at 6:00AM (no time for business or leisure). Contacted Priceline Customer Service (out of somewhere, Bangladesh) to be told "no cancellations nor changes allowed."
