As living in Riyadh, I happen to fly frequently from Riyadh airport.From all my experiences since last 5 years i see no progress in the Check in counters, the emmigration counters and the corruption by the officials who in alliance with the trolley pullers(helpers) extract money if you have extra luggage. and the interesting part is that these trolley pullers are just for name sake but in fact they are the agents of these corrupt officials who can be also rude to extract the maximum amount from you and even misbehave with the passengers.
