The pictures below are of one of my kitchen floor tiles. As you can see in the picture, there is absolutely NO cement/glue attached to the tile. This means the cement/glue was already too dry when the installer laid the tiles and the only thing holding the tile in place was the grout. This is probably the worst tile installation I have ever seen or even heard about. Now I have to remove all the grout to check for more loose tiles, lift the tiles and remove the old cement/glue (that was suppose to hold the tile down to begin with), reinstall... read full review »
