Upon arriving in Spain we contracted with Orange because our daughter, who was a foreign student at the time, also had a phone from Orange. We were told that that the cost between us would be .35 euors for the first call each day to her and .03 euors there after. It took us 3 separate meeting with the personel in the store in Seville to get that rate. Even the employee of Orange was frustrated with the people she had to deal with on the other end of the phone to get this resolved.
