To whomsoever it may concern. Dear Sir / Madam, I travelled from Bangalore to Dubai on 18th Jan 2010. I had checked in 4 luggages. Emirates staff at Bangalore told me that I had 7 kilos excess baggage and asked me to pay INR 4, 550. I was ready to leave the excess baggage behind, but the staff insisted that I take it with me. I paid the amount and cross checked with them a million times about the safety. They assured me that evertything would go well.
