Carl Florence an represenative of Vacation Property Services Solicted me for purchase of my TimeShare in Orlando Fla.He promised a sale within 14days. he also stated he was holding the asking price in Escrow. and if we are not satisfied with VPS services, within 7 days we could get a refund. We called this person and company at least 3x daily for 7 days after feeling we were Scammed seeking a refund of Advertising Cost.This was May of 2009. To this date (2010)we have not had closure.
