I answered an add for a free sample for the cost of shipping which was supposed to be $1.99. I submitted my credit card # which they requested. I did receive the item. A week or so later, I saw a charge on my acct for $87.62 which I had not authorized for (improvehealth) at 1-866-807-7356. I called the # only to find out that they had shipped me another one of the dazzle smile wands and there was a third to be shipped out asap. I cancelled the new shipment at that time.
