after booking on line tickets for my son and myself we arrived at the check in to find out that i had used a visa card with my maiden name to pay for the tickets and subsequently the boarding pass did not have my married /passport name . The ground staff were unable to help me and we ended up having to buy completely new tickets on another airline as could not get the ground staff to help us change the names .
