I was supposed to get a 2 month forbearance on my loan, meaning the payments would be due the end of my loan and i would have no payments for 2 months. I paid the fee for this and they continued to call and harass me asking where their money was. I called and spoke to a non-english speaking idiot for a total of over an hour at a time trying to explain to them that i was supposed to get a forbearance. To date, they still say i am over 2 months behind!!! Not sure if i want to even try and call them and explain everything again! Ugh. THey need to be sued for emotional distress. Class Action claim anyone? read full review »
