I pay a Monthly Levy to CSi Property Management of R 468.93. I was late with my December 2009 Levy so I was charged R 5.85 Interest on Arrears. I duly Paid this Interest because I was late. When they sent me a Statement for the January 2010 Levy It had the Interest of R 5.85 Plus an Additional amount of R 50 for " Charge Reminder Fee".
