I bought the Omnia B7320 on December 23, 2009 and the battery started to show problem on January 12, 2010. It went flat suddently and it became very hot when I charged it. I took it for repair and the Samsung customer service centre at Plaza Singapura on January 15, 2010. Because nobody called me after 5 days, I called again on January 21, 2010 and enquired the situation, the customer service officer said it is not done yet but he did not know why. Today is 1 week after I sent in for repiar January 22, 2010. Nobody called me at all to tell me what's wrong with my phone!!! read full review »
