We rented an automobile from this company from 16/11/09 - 30/11/09 and have not received our deposit. For additional money, I purchased the 75 pound sterling insurance . The company still owes me my refund and will not answer my correspondence. We had no problems with the hire so we are confused on why the deposit was not returned.
