I brought my wife in due to a accident she had at work on 16/1/2010. The Mail Service Centre where she work could not complete a I.O.D. form due to their own stupidity. Her hand were caught and bumped between two mail containers which they have to move around in a insufficient supplied for area. After getting her file from the front desk we were sent to another area, here a nurse/sister or whatever took her to a cubical were I waited with her for further attendance.
