I went to CNET to download PCTools antivirus program. I used the 14 day "free trial" to determine if I wanted to purchase for a longer period. I decided to take another program, instead. While trying to remove the Browser Defender and PCTools components, everything on my computer crashed! I have remoeved the PCTool engine, yet it remains! They have evidently fixed this program so that it cannot be removed, if you do not want it. I will never use CNET or PCTools ever again! read full review »
