I started the trial period for the advertised teeth whitening process by alphawhite which also incorporated the whitesmile pen as part of the trial. I cancelled the trial before the trial date and I returned the product to the address quoted on the product. I now have had three amounts of $95.75, $99.40 and $94.73 taken from my mastercard. How to I retrieve this money, and how do I stop them from doing it again. On the websupportcenter.com site, which is the only way I can access them, it shows that my trial was cancelled. read full review »
