If the MOL finds officially that you have been wrongfully dismissed, your employer can appeal, right or wrong. BUT, did you know that simply by appealing, a cap is placed on the amount of money at stake ? If you are a 10 yr employee, and your former employer owes you 15k in severance, and is ordered to pay this amount, they save 5k simply by going to the appeal process.
