I have a complaint against Hawthorne Kitchen Design. They start work, promise results and do not finish the job. They give deadlines that they cannot meet and then do not communicate the delays and are hard to reach. They do not provide receipts for money paid. They lie, change their story and make up things just to keep you hanging. They started my kitchen, promised the work would be some in a certain time frame and never completed the job.
