Dear Sir, I am a customer of INDANE GAS. My customer number is 12483 by name Shambhu Nath Gupta at Swatantra Gas Agency Civil Lines Kanpur. I want to inform you that I had booked my gas on 26/12/2009. But till date gas has not been delivered till date. They do not book gas before 21 days after delivery and then do not deliver before 40 days after delivery. This is not the first time that it happened to me. It always happens.
