I purchased a dvd boxset from WOSTORE on 28/11/2009 & when I emailed them 1month later to find out where it is they told me it was out of stock & they would give me a refund. I have emailed them twice since & I keep getting told the refund advise has been submitted but I still havent recieved the refund. c32 read full review »
