My mobile number has been misused on 29th Jan.I received about 80 sms stating that I have downloaded some pictures, videos, ringtones, songs etc. which I have not downloaded.I complained thrice to the customer care also for which they didnt take any action till now.They have sent a bill of 2300Rs.My mobile is N97, I have activated mobile office.I never browse or download anything.Please check and rectify the problem and find the culprit.
