Samsung
Have purchased a Samsung 321L Refrigerator just '10 days' back. But it has problems in louvers. Cooled air is not coming into bottom cabinet. The dealer is asking to wait for Samsung to provide replacement / repair. Have been calling Samsung for past 10 days without any proper response. This is with a new item and inspite of that this is the response from both Samsung and Best. Hope the complaint in the forum reaches right people in Samsung, Best and also Saudi Consumer Complaint department. read full review »
