This company is a SCAM - USE THEM AT YOUR PERIL!! Check out www.tripadvisor.com 17 pages of complaints. I booked in May for 9 days over Christmas at Hua Hin, arrived at the Hotel who said the booking was cancelled in Oct, so I had to pay again. The UK customer help line numbers don't work so I contacted them through livechat on their website they wouldn't reinstate booking and said they would credit my account in 7 days, which they didn't.
