To Whom It May Concern On Dec.24 2009 I downloaded a free 30 day trial version of the NortonAntivirus. After consulting with my company and finding that I was not authorized to order such a program I cancelled the program. Since in the ad it said that if I cancelled within 30 days there would be no charge I assumed it was taken care of. When I recieved my card statement this month and there was a charge for that for 39.99 and another charge from you for 79.98 I'm confused.
