I ordered facial products from this company January 15, 2010, it was charged to my credit card January 18, 2010. I have not received the products and have been unsuccessful in getting a response via e-mail other than a standard note saying they have no way of tracking the product. I also tried to to call, however, the phone has been disconnected. read full review »
