I am refering to the comlaint letter dated 24 Nov 2009 with attention to Puan Betty, Customer Service with regard to the complaint on food parcel detoured from Ukraine because of exceeding the limited weight. I am yet to get a prompt reply from the Pos Malysia management regarding my complaint and my claim for the loss incurred.
