I am absolutely disgusted with you pathetic service; there are no words to express my utter disgust. How can I be assured that your incompetence can handle my account competently? I have phoned several times to arrange that debit order details be changed. It was not done. A R55 penalty was charged to my account for your incompetence. Then I phoned in again to make arrangements to re-submit the debit order with the new account details, your call centre assured me that it would be done after we double checked all the details.
