After purchasing a printer from the Washington, DC Best Buy at 4500 Wisconsin Avenue NW, an employee from the store accessed my account information and made several charges to my account. After realizing this, I spoke with a manager at the store. The manager did NOTHING to help me. This store is unprofessional, unscrupulous, and unsafe. If you want to protect your account and avoid fraud, DO NOT SHOP at the Best Buy in Tenelytown on 4500 Wisconsin Ave, NW, Washington DC. read full review »
