Its been more than 2 and a half months that we are following up on our Videocon konzerve washing machine serviced for the noise it was creating while spinning. But to our utter surprize, its still the same even after following up constantly with the service centre, the engineers and the distributor here and even sending the Machine to the service centre, problem persists. Infact, something new has cropped up every time an engineer had tried to check it. The Machine is still in the guarantee period but i guess that only exists till they want to sell a product. read full review »
