This is a bar that our friends frequent and both my wife and I were impressed with it since it opened recently. However, the last time we were there was on saturday Feb 13th for the start of the Olympics. The service was decent and the food was nice but we were shocked when the bill came with 17% service charge already included!! I can understand this trend for a large table but there were FOUR of us !!
