I flew with Emirates on 29th Jan to Ausralia. This was my 9th flght and have always ben hapy with them, hence my loyalty. BUT, I will never fly with them again. This trip was terrible. Flight was delayed for 24 hours, no staff around to ask questions, the lack of communication was worring. When the flight did take off, I was seated next to a severally disabled man and Emirates cabin crew ingnored him for the whole flight, I ended up being his carer. Staff were rude and unhelpful.
