I have not used Norton for almost a year.. Today I find a "Renewel charge" on my credit card statement. I tried calling Norton on my 1 hour comute this morning and was on hold for 54 minutes. As I type this I have been on hold a second time for 65 minutes. THIS IS A JOKE! I have over 2 hours on hold today and still listening to their elevator music! These people need to be fined!
