Sirs, Kindly clarify. As per Consumer Help UK's message dated 19.2.10, it said that they have received confirmation from Microsoft Corpn, UK that I have emerged winner in the 5th Stage International Draw, whereas the website if Microsoft Corpn(furnished below) says all this about lotteries is a scam. Kindly inform if there exists a Bank in U.K. by the name of Velocity Inland Bank, which pays out Micosoft Lottery earnings. Further if the Consumer Help UK, does have a mail i.d ([email protected]).
