I called the numbers I found on this site and was put on hold forever. I then called my credit card company and there was an option re: dispute a charge on the bill. The rep I spoke to said that they can contact the company and dispute a charge if I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT. Today is Feb 19 and she said they can only go back and dispute charges back to Nov 11/09. And like another person here I was charged more than once in the same month.
