I paid H&R Block for the rapai refund that was supposed to be deposited on and Emerald Card. They denyed me the RAL loan. H&R Block has not adjusted what they were charging me for the RAL. I have been having them do my taxes for the past 5 years wiht no problem. I want to know why I did not get the loan, and where my money from my taxes is. I want to know what is going on with them. I also want my money back that they charged me for a service they did not perform. read full review »
