I have Airtel Prepaid phone. And I didnt raise a request for any extra service. But Airtel activate the extra services (like friends on chat, autorenewal picture etc.) on my mobile without my request and cut the balance. And when I tried to call customer care, they told that ur complain is registerd but again after some time it's happen on my phone. And every time they deducted balance from my phone. I am very frustated with their service and call center. And because every time I am just getting SMS for this. So I dont have any written proof. read full review »
