Background Info: I had a credit card as well as a BTF / Cashline account with UBL before all this started. Complaint No. 09011001559, dated 20th Jan 2010: My cheque to UBL for my monthly credit card bill clears successfully but UBL doesn't show the receipt on my credit card and ends up placing a hefty fine for late payment.
