Having been watching BBC from their gold package with no sound except repeating short clip of music since midnight Monday 22 Feb 2010. It's over 2 hours now. No apologies. No explanation. No live call centre. Their website is a trash - wouldn't allow customer to make any complaints. They even censored TV5 programme - Crazy Horse - shown on new year's eve. Do they have the rights to? Wonder why I should be paying for all this shoddy practice. Had it not been for the BBC which is only available from this twat, I would have cancelled my subscription long ago. read full review »
