I have Norton 360 installed on my laptop, but it neither detected nor was able to eliminate an insidious virus called "Vista Guardian" which is an invasive rogue program that has been around since 2008. When I called Norton to get help in ridding my computer of this virus, their techs were only able to offer me a service, costing $130, in which they would clean my registry.
